Key Responsibilities
- Acquire recent customers for Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and other banking products.
- Cross-sell products such as loans, insurance, credit cards, and fixed deposits.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets set by the bank.
- Conduct field visits, generate leads, and convert prospects into customers.
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, and internal banking policies.
- Coordinate with branch operations for smooth account opening and customer servicing.
- Resolve customer queries and provide prompt banking solutions.
