Role & responsibilities :
-Support bakery product development and R&D; trials.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food lab and kitchen.
-Manage ingredients, samples, equipment and stock.
-Weigh and measure ingredients accurately.
-Assist in mixing, baking, cooking and product sampling.
-Maintain trial records, batch details and daily logs.
-Support product testing, sensory evaluation and sample preparation.
-Follow food safety, hygiene and sanitation practices.
