Job Summary

Beanberry Caf & Bakery is looking for a skilled and passionate Bakery Chef to lead and manage our in-house bakery operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in preparing a wide range of bakery products while maintaining high standards of quality, consistency, and food safety.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and oversee production of cakes, pastries, cookies, brownies, breads, buns, and other bakery products.
- Develop and standardize recipes to maintain product consistency.
- Monitor product quality, taste, presentation, and freshness.
- Manage bakery inventory, raw material consumption, and wastage control.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and sanitation standards.
- Train and supervise bakery staff and assistants.
- Support new product development and seasonal menu innovations.




- Coordinate with caf operations team for daily production planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Proven experience as a Bakery Chef, Pastry Chef, or Head Baker.
- Solid knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
- Experience in commercial bakery or caf bakery operations.
- Ability to work independently and manage daily production.
- Creative approach to product development and presentation.
- Strong commitment to quality and cleanliness.
