Elegance Enterprises seeks a detail-oriented, proactive Operations Executive to independently verify sales activities, customer information, site visits, EOIs, and reports to ensure accuracy and prevent false or incorrect reporting.

Key Responsibilities

- Verify sales calls and customer interactions.

- Verify reported site visits with customers and identify false or duplicate entries.

- Verify EOIs, including customer interest, project, unit, amount, and supporting details.

- Conduct customer verification calls to validate sales activities.

- Cross-check customer documents, CRM data, and sales reports.

- Identify discrepancies, incorrect information, duplicate entries, or suspicious activities.

- Maintain daily/weekly audit reports and trackers.

- Coordinate with sales teams to clarify discrepancies and follow up on corrective actions.

- Share audit findings and escalations with management.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets.

- Robust follow-up and coordination abilities.

- Ability to identify inconsistencies and irregularities.
