A mid-level, hands-on backend engineer with 3–6 years of experience who has strong production experience building and owning backend/SaaS services. The candidate should be technically strong, able to work independently, and have experience taking backend features/services from design → development → testing → production.

Key Profile:

- Strong Java + Python experience is mandatory, along with Microservices, APIs, Databases, Kafka, Distributed Systems and CI/CD.

- Should have deep production experience with backend/SaaS systems and understand architecture, scalability, monitoring and production operations.

- Should have owned a service or significant component handling customer traffic, ideally with 3+ years of depth in the same backend team/service.

- Strong System Design, OOP, coding,



algorithms and problem-solving skills; should be comfortable discussing technical trade-offs and edge cases.

- Good engineering practices around Git, PRs, code reviews, testing and CI/CD. Exposure to AI-assisted coding tools is a plus.

- Look for candidates who demonstrate ownership and end-to-end delivery, rather than only task execution or support.

- Product companies, GCCs, FAANG/similar companies and strong backend-focused startups are preferred talent pools.

Pay: ₹2,500,000.00 - ₹3,000,000.00 per year
