Job Profile:

- Handle day-to-day backend operations and team coordination

- Provide regular support to the existing sales team

- Coordinate with customers for documentation, follow-ups and policy-related requirements

- Support the team in achieving monthly sales targets

- Track leads, applications and pending cases

- Coordinate with Insurance & Mutual Fund teams

- Maintain customer records and MIS reports

- Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams

- Assist the team in completing business processes smoothly

Candidate Profile:

- Positive communication and coordination skills

- Basic computer knowledge

- MS Office / Excel knowledge preferred

- Responsible, organised and target-oriented
