79th East Private Limited is a Hyderabad-based wealth management and investment services firm offering solutions across Mutual Funds, Portfolio Management Services (PMS), Equities, Bonds and other investment products. We are seeking an experienced operations professional to manage client onboarding, transactions, documentation, servicing and coordination with AMCs, RTAs, PMS providers, brokers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Mutual Fund Operations

- Handle client onboarding, KYC, FATCA/CRS, folio creation and documentation.
- Process Mutual Fund purchases, additional investments, redemptions and switches.
- Manage SIP, STP, SWP and NACH/e-Mandate registrations, modifications and cancellations.
- Use CAMS, KFintech, BSE StAR MF / MFU; monitor allotments, rejections and pending transactions.
- Coordinate with AMCs and RTAs to resolve transaction and investor service queries.

PMS Operations

- Handle PMS client onboarding, documentation and account opening.
- Coordinate PMS investments, additional investments, withdrawals and redemptions, and other client requests.
- Liaise with PMS providers, custodians and depositories; track transactions, statements and portfolio reports.

Equity Operations

- Coordinate equity and demat account opening, KYC and documentation with brokers and depository participants.
- Support processing and tracking of equity buy/sell instructions, fund transfers and trade confirmations under approved procedures.
- Track contract notes, holdings, transaction statements, settlement status and corporate action and service requests.
- Coordinate with brokers,



depository participants and internal teams to resolve order, settlement, demat and client servicing queries.

Client Servicing, Reconciliation and MIS
- Support Relationship Managers and clients with transaction, SIP, redemption, PMS, equity and statement queries.
- Maintain client records and trackers; reconcile transactions, payments and allotments, and prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS.
- Follow up on pending and rejected requests, maintain documentation and audit trails, and ensure accuracy, confidentiality and defined TATs.

Required Skills and Qualifications

- Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration or a related field; 2-5 years of relevant experience in Mutual Fund, PMS, Equity or Wealth Management Operations.
- Practical knowledge of CAMS, KFintech and BSE StAR MF / MFU; understanding of SIP, STP, SWP, purchases, redemptions and switches.
- Hands-on PMS operations experience; familiarity with equity and demat processes, brokers, depository participants, trade confirmations and settlements preferred.
- Knowledge of KYC, FATCA/CRS, NACH/e-Mandate, MS Excel, reconciliation and MIS; strong communication, follow-up and attention to detail.

Mandatory Certification

NISM Series II-B - RTA (Mutual Fund) Certification is mandatory. NISM V-A and other relevant certifications will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate and What We Offer

You will be able to manage the full cycle across client onboarding, MF transactions, PMS operations, equity support, AMC, RTA and broker coordination, reconciliation, MIS and client servicing. Candidates with hands-on experience in both Mutual Fund and PMS operations will be strongly preferred.

CTC up to Rs. 6 LPA, based on experience and expertise, with exposure to Mutual Funds, PMS, Equities and wealth management clients.
