ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for a reliable, organised Back Office Operations Executive to keep our daily operations running smoothly. Most of your day will be in the office paperwork and Clients. Some days you will go out into the field to meet clients and visit banks and offices. If you like variety, and you are careful with details, this role is for you.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Back office

- Process client applications and forms for investments, insurance and loans
- Complete KYC and documentation accurately and on time
- Follow up with clients, banks, mutual fund companies and insurers by phone, WhatsApp and email
- Track application status and update clients and the team
- Prepare daily and weekly reports
- Keep all client information confidential and secure

Field work

- Collect and deliver documents and signatures from clients
- Visit banks,



insurer and fund house offices and other places as required
- Meet clients for document pickup and basic support
- Support the team at client meetings and events when needed

REQUIREMENTS

- 12th Pass
- 0 to 2 years of experience in back office, operations, or admin work (freshers with good skills are welcome)
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and email
- Good communication in Marathi and Hindi; basic English
- Own two-wheeler and a valid driving licence
- Smartphone with internet for daily coordination
- Based in Baner and comfortable travelling within the city and nearby areas
- Honest, punctual and careful with numbers and documents

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience in financial services, banking, insurance or a mutual fund distributor
- Basic understanding of KYC, mutual funds or insurance
- Typing speed and data entry accuracy

WORKING HOURS
