Are you a confident communicator who enjoys meeting new people, building relationships, and exploring business opportunities?

We’re looking for B2B Sales Executives to join our growing security & surveillance solutions business. You’ll work with businesses across Mohali and nearby business hubs, helping them find the right solutions for CCTV, access control, attendance systems, POS and related IT products.

No prior industry experience is required — we’ll train you on our products, sales process and CRM.

What You'll Do

- Identify and approach new business clients
- Visit offices, commercial projects, construction sites and industrial areas
- Connect with decision-makers and understand their requirements
- Present suitable products and solutions
- Prepare quotations and follow up with prospects
- Handle client queries and build long-term relationships
- Maintain daily lead and follow-up updates in CRM
- Coordinate with the internal team for orders and delivery

Who Can Apply? Freshers are welcome!

We’re looking for someone who is:

- Confident and comfortable talking to people
- Interested in building a career in B2B / Business Development / Sales
- Comfortable with field visits and client meetings
- Good at communication and relationship building
- Self-motivated and willing to learn
- Comfortable with basic Excel, email and computer applications




- Able to work independently and take ownership of targets

Experience in sales, business development or field sales is an advantage, but not mandatory. You Don't Need To Know Everything
