Key Responsibilities

- Research and build databases of prospective B2B customers and channel partners.
- Identify companies across ERP, CRM, system integration, IT services, digital marketing, BPO, and software consulting segments.
- Find and validate decision-maker details, including names, designations, business email addresses, phone numbers, LinkedIn profiles, and company information.
- Research relevant contacts such as business owners, founders, CEOs, sales heads, partnership heads, IT heads, and marketing heads.
- Use LinkedIn, company websites, business directories, and approved lead-generation tools to source prospects.
- Maintain and regularly update lead databases in Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM systems.
- Remove duplicate records and validate contact information to improve data quality.
- Segment leads by industry, company size, geography, and potential partnership model.
- Coordinate with sales, business development,



and partner teams to meet weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.
- Track data accuracy, productivity, and the number of usable leads generated.

Required Skills and Experience

- 2 years of experience in data mining, lead generation, internet research, or B2B database building.
- Working knowledge of LinkedIn, Excel/Google Sheets, and online research techniques.
- Familiarity with lead-generation tools such as Apollo, Lusha, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Valuable attention to detail and ability to validate business contact information.
- Ability to work with daily targets and maintain organized records.
- Basic understanding of B2B sales and decision-maker identification.

Preferred Candidate Profile Candidates with experience supporting SaaS, IT services, cloud telephony, CRM, CPaaS, or channel sales teams will be preferred.
