Role Focus

Identify relevant B2B prospects, find the right decision-makers, and run targeted outreach that creates qualified sales opportunities for [your service]. The role covers research, database building, outreach, follow-up and basic lead qualification. The main goal is a steady flow of qualified opportunities for the sales team, not large databases.

What You’ll Do

- Research target businesses by industry, location, company size, needs and buying signals
- Find decision-makers (Founders, CEOs, Directors, Business Owners, Marketing Heads) and verify their email, phone, LinkedIn and company details
- Build, clean and segment prospect databases, removing duplicate, invalid or outdated contacts
- Run personalized cold email and LinkedIn outreach, with WhatsApp where appropriate
- Manage follow-up sequences for prospects who haven’t replied
- Qualify responses,



then book meetings or pass interested leads to the sales team
- Keep lead status and follow-up records updated in the CRM or tracking sheet
- Test new audiences, industries, messages and sources, and work with sales to improve lead quality
