Job Summary

Value Innovation Labs is hiring an experienced AWS Agentic AI Architect to design and deliver enterprise-grade generative AI and agent-based solutions on Amazon Bedrock for a leading enterprise client. You will define AI solution architecture, guide implementation, and build secure, scalable, cost-optimized AI platforms on AWS.

Work Details

- Location: Hyderabad preferred (Pan India considered)
- Mode: Hybrid, 3 days from office
- Shift: 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience designing and implementing agentic AI solutions on AWS
- Strong expertise in Amazon Bedrock: foundation models, Agents, Guardrails, and Knowledge Bases
- Experience with AWS AgentCore: agent orchestration, planning, memory, and tool integrations
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, Machine Learning Specialty, or equivalent)

Roles & Responsibilities

- Design and implement agentic AI solutions using Amazon Bedrock and AWS AgentCore
- Build knowledge-base-driven AI applications using vector databases and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Integrate Bedrock Agents with enterprise systems, APIs, databases, and business applications
- Design scalable, secure, and cost-optimized cloud-native AI solutions using Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, OpenSearch, ECS, EKS, IAM, and Step Functions




- Apply LLM architecture knowledge, prompt engineering, and agent workflow design to autonomous AI systems
- Implement governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices
- Define AI solution architecture, run technical assessments, and guide implementation teams
- Translate business requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Lead architecture discussions and technical workshops, and mentor development teams

Good to Have

- Multi-agent systems and frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, Semantic Kernel, or AutoGen
- RAG with Amazon OpenSearch, Pinecone, or Weaviate
- Model evaluation, observability, and AI monitoring
- LLM fine-tuning, model customization, and prompt optimization
- MLOps, CI/CD, and AI deployment strategies
- Exposure to Azure OpenAI or Google Vertex AI
- Conversational AI, chatbot, and virtual assistant experience

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6+ years of experience, with solid recent hands-on work in AWS and generative AI
- Proven delivery of Bedrock-based agent or RAG solutions

- Valid AWS certification (mandatory)
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Comfortable working the 12:00 PM to 9:30 PM IST shift
