Designation: AVP/DVP - Credit Wholesale Real Estate

Expereince: 8-12 years

Location: Mumbai

Education: MBA/CA

Role & Responsibilities:

- Assess the creditworthiness of prospective customers and evaluate their financial strength, repayment capacity, risk profile, cash flows, and available security.
- Structure and customize credit products and solutions in line with customer requirements while maintaining an appropriate risk-return balance.
- Prepare comprehensive Credit Appraisal Memos (CAMs) for submission to the relevant approving authorities and independently handle, present, and defend credit proposals.
- Work closely with the Business Team to evaluate proposals and facilitate effective credit decisions.
- Undertake end-to-end portfolio monitoring to ensure portfolio quality,



adherence to sanctioned terms, and timely identification of potential risks.
- Progressively take on team-handling responsibilities and provide guidance to Credit Managers.
- Ensure proposals comply with all applicable internal policies, regulatory requirements, and external guidelines.
- Coordinate with the Credit Monitoring Team (CMT) on portfolio monitoring, Early Warning Signals (EWS), compliance, and other credit-related reporting requirements.
