- 15+ years of relevant experience in Finance processes working with either a leading Business Process focused organization or captive centers in Finance Operations
- Minimum span of control of 500 resources
- Experience in driving Ops Innovation/ Transformation initiatives
- Demonstrated working knowledge of ERP and related ancillary systems and functionality
- Robust communication skills and executive presence
- Experience working with multiple key global stakeholders
- Experience in business process re-engineering and optimization
Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Certifications such as Lean, Six Sigma Black Belt will be an advantage
Education:
- Bachelors/ Masters in Finance and Accounting from accredited university
