Job Responsibilities

Use Claude AI and other AI tools to automate daily work and office processes.

Create and manage AI-based automation for repetitive tasks.

Identify manual processes that can be automated.

Develop simple workflows for HR, Accounts, Projects, Sales, Purchase, and Administration that can be automated.

Use AI for preparing reports, documents, emails, data analysis, and task management can be automated.

Coordinate with different departments to understand their requirements and implement suitable automation.

Train employees on the effective use of AI tools and automation.

Requirements

Good knowledge of Claude AI, ChatGPT, and AI automation tools.





Basic understanding of workflow automation and AI-based productivity tools.

Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.

Positive communication and problem-solving skills.

Construction industry experience will be an added advantage.
