About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic and technically skilled Automation Engineers to join our manufacturing team in Neemrana, Rajasthan.

This is an excellent opportunity for both freshers who want to start their careers in industrial automation and experienced professionals looking to advance their technical skills.

Candidates with knowledge of PLC programming, SCADA systems, HMI, industrial control systems, and machine automation are encouraged to apply.

We welcome candidates familiar with Mitsubishi, Omron, Siemens, Delta, and other industrial PLC platforms.

Salary up to ₹12 LPA, depending on relevant experience, technical skills, and practical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Program, configure, test, and troubleshoot PLC-based industrial automation systems.
- Work with SCADA software, HMI panels, and industrial monitoring systems.
- Handle PLC systems from Mitsubishi, Omron, and other industrial automation brands.
- Support installation, commissioning, maintenance, and troubleshooting of automated machinery.
- Diagnose faults in electrical circuits, sensors, actuators, relays, motors, and control panels.
- Assist with machine automation, process optimization, and production efficiency improvements.
- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, production, and maintenance teams.
- Maintain technical documentation, PLC logic backups, and system records.
- Follow industrial safety standards and established maintenance procedures.

Required Technical Skills
- Basic or advanced understanding of PLC programming and industrial automation.
- Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, and industrial control systems.
- Knowledge of Mitsubishi and Omron PLCs is an advantage.
- Understanding of electrical wiring, sensors, actuators, relays, motors, and control panels.




- Ability to troubleshoot automation and machine-related issues.
- Knowledge of industrial communication protocols is an added advantage.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to learn.

Who Can Apply?

Freshers:

- ITI, Diploma, B.Tech, or B.E. candidates in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or related engineering disciplines.
- Candidates with PLC/SCADA training, industrial automation courses, internships, or relevant academic projects.
- Candidates interested in developing practical skills in manufacturing automation.

Experienced Professionals:

- Automation Engineers with 2–10 years of relevant experience.
- PLC/SCADA Engineers, Industrial Automation Engineers, Controls Engineers, and Maintenance Automation Engineers.
- Candidates with experience in machine commissioning, PLC programming, troubleshooting, and industrial control systems.
