Roles and Responsibilities :
- Conduct field audits to identify areas of improvement in store operations, inventory management, and internal controls.
- Analyze data from various sources (e.g., sales reports, financial statements) to prepare comprehensive audit reports.
- Develop and implement effective audit plans to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with store managers and other stakeholders to resolve identified issues and implement corrective actions.
Job Requirements :
- 1-8 years of experience in retail auditing or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of auditing principles, practices, and standards (e.g., ISA).
- Proficiency in conducting internal audits, including stock audits, warehouse audits, and store audits.
- Ability to analyze complex data sets using tools such as Excel or specialized software.
