Job Summary

We are looking for an Audit Executive to support internal and operational audits across automobile dealerships, workshops, spare-parts operations, and related business functions. The role will involve reviewing financial and operational processes, identifying control gaps, detecting irregularities, and recommending improvements.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct internal, operational, and process audits of automobile dealership and workshop operations.

- Verify sales invoices, purchase bills, cash transactions, credit notes, discounts, and customer refunds.

- Audit vehicle sales, exchange vehicles, financing, insurance, accessories, and registration-related transactions.

- Review workshop processes including job cards, labour billing, warranty claims, service packages, and parts consumption.

- Verify spare-parts inventory, stock records, inward/outward movements, obsolete stock, and physical inventory.

- Perform cash, bank, receivables, payables, and expense audits.

- Identify financial leakages, process deviations, fraud risks, and control weaknesses.

- Check compliance with company policies, SOPs, statutory requirements, and manufacturer guidelines.

- Prepare detailed audit reports, including observations, risk assessment, root causes, and recommendations.

- Follow up with departments on implementation of audit recommendations.

- Conduct surprise checks and physical verification of cash, vehicles,



parts, and other assets.

- Analyse MIS and operational data to identify unusual trends and exceptions.

- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, Service, Parts, HR, and other departments during audits.

- Maintain proper audit working papers and supporting documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

- CA Inter / CMA Inter / CIA qualification will be an advantage.

- 2–5 years of experience in internal audit, statutory audit, automobile dealership audit, or finance & accounts.

- Good knowledge of accounting principles and internal control systems.

- Robust Excel/MIS and data-analysis skills.

- Knowledge of ERP/DMS systems used in automobile dealerships is preferred.

- Good analytical, investigative, and problem-solving abilities.

- Strong communication and report-writing skills.

- Willingness to travel to dealerships, workshops, and branch locations.

- Completion of audit plans within timelines.

- Identification and recovery of financial leakages.

- Reduction in repeat audit observations.

- Accuracy and quality of audit reports.

- Timely closure of audit findings.

- Improvement in internal controls and process compliance.

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
