We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sourcing Manager to lead procurement/ contracting activities for Foods Categories (Biscuits, Chocolates, Confec. etc.) in our fast-paced FMCG environment. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in vendor management, negotiation, contract management, sourcing strategy, and procurement operations, with hands-on experience in SAP and MS Office tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sourcing Strategy:
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and onboard alternate sources and suppliers to mitigate risks.

- Vendor Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships.
- Monitor supplier performance through KPIs (quality, delivery, cost, responsiveness).
- Negotiation & Cost Management:
- Lead commercial negotiations to optimize procurement costs.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives without compromising on quality or service levels.

- Contract Management:
- Draft, review, and manage procurement contracts ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, risk mitigation clauses,



and adherence to company policies.

- Market Intelligence:
- Monitor market trends, commodity price fluctuations, and supply-demand dynamics
- Provide insights to internal stakeholders for decision-making.

- Process Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation using SAP.
- Technology & Tools:
- Efficiently use SAP (MM module) for procurement processes including PR, PO, GRN, and invoicing.
- Generate reports and analysis using Excel, PowerPoint, and other MS Office tools.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Supply Chain, Procurement, Agriculture, or related fields.
- Experience: Minimum 10 years in procurement/ manufacturing FMCG sector.
- Skills & Competencies:
- Solid negotiation and communication skills.
- Proficient in SAP (MM module) and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong understanding of contract management and sourcing strategies.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
