Handling Machine shop operations & assembly activities & interaction with the all supporting departments.
- Excellent technical knowledge of CNC machining operations of VMC, TURNING,
Sliding Head CNC & related programming
- Knowledge of SPM and Conventional Drilling, Grinding [ID/OD], Tapping machine &
assembly.
- Knowledge of latest production techniques and Cutting Tool technology,
- Fully conversant with SAP (Must be required)
- Positive exposure Component drawings study & Engineering drawings interpretation &
GD&T;
- System Knowledge of ISO 9001
- Manages employees through training and Multi skills development, resolving employee issues through problem resolution
- Managing inventory on the shop floor.
