Role & responsibilities

- Assist Project Leads to analyse requirements, create test cases, and execute tests with tools and techniques for functional testing, integration testing, system testing, regression testing and compatibility testing

- Identify issues in web features, log defects, and communicate findings to QA Leads, developers, and the project team.

- Analyse test cases thoroughly to ensure adequate coverage of requirements.

- Develop an understanding of the functional, usability and performance requirements for the product features being tested.

- Report bugs, verify fixes, and report test results.

- Work with development team to reproduce and resolve bugs.

- Escalate issues when necessary.

- Improve quality process.

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have Skills

- Understanding of basic testing, coding, and debugging procedures





- Expertise in Testing Concepts

- Good communication

- Exposure in any one Bug tracking tool

- Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills

- Knowledge in Playwright Automation using JavaScript

- Expertise in at least one programming language - Java/JavaScript

- Expertise in any framework like TestNG, Junit, etc

- Exposure in API Testing (using Postman & Rest Assured).

- Basics of JMeter.

- Exposure in any one of Bug tracking tool [Jira, Bugzilla)

- Any software testing related course is mandatory
