Associate SAP PP

- Responsible for driving & implementing SAP Functional Modules, service delivery as per the business needs and judged by the value that it provides to the organization.

- Responsible for successful implementation of SAP, providing functional expertise, guidance, presentation, and instruction on SAP products (VEL & VLS).

- Analyze the current Business Processes and Scenarios and recommend / develop solutions to meet the need.

- Design, configuration and testing in various SAP Modules: PP, QM, PM.

- Creating & Monitoring CHARM Tickets of PP/QM/PM Module.

- Responsible for Unit testing, System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing and Regression Testing.

- Provide Functional Specifications to Technical team for any Enhancement, User Exit and interacting to develop the same.

- Assist subordinates in daily support for Critical Issues.

- Acts as liaison with plants for troubleshooting: investigate, analyze, and solve SAP issues.





- Suggest solutions on best business practices so that plant gets Business advantages by following these SAP processes.

- Finalizing & Negotiating the Project cost / Project Mandys related to PP/QM/PM Projects.

- Conduct training workshops for SAP Coordinator, end-user, and Management.

- Looking after MES Integration activities for Varroc Group, done SAP Integration with MES at different Plant locations.

- Supporting VLS in implementation of Chennai Plant SAP rollout.

- Expert in third Party Software Integration with SAP.

- Managing diverse procurement and inventory processes across multiple manufacturing plants while ensuring standardization and control.

- Balancing frequent business change requests and urgent production issues with system stability and governance requirements.

- Ensuring data accuracy and integrity during master data maintenance, BDC/LSMW uploads, and automation initiatives
