ASSOCIATE SALES MANAGER

Reaviva Holistic Health | Santacruz West, Linking Road, Mumbai THE ROLE

Manage client enquiries from first contact through to the purchase of a treatment package. This is a client-facing selling role with an individual monthly revenue target. You will guide clients through high-value treatment decisions, maintain accurate CRM records and support the Sales Manager in delivering the team's collective monthly target.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Achieve individual monthly revenue targets and contribute to the team's monthly target.
2. Manage the complete enquiry lifecycle: connection, qualification, consultation booking, attendance, conversion, package upgrades and retention.
3. Maintain accurate CRM stages, response times and structured follow-ups so that no enquiry is neglected.
4. Conduct consultative, needs-led sales conversations with clients evaluating treatment plans across aesthetics, longevity, physiotherapy, women's health and diagnostics.
5. Apply the Sales Manager's sales approach, objection-handling methods and consultation-to-package framework, and report on their effectiveness.
6. Increase average order value through bundling, package conversion and premium tiers.
7. Execute monthly reactivation programmes for dormant clients.
8. Generate client referrals and support the Sales Manager's referral activity with doctors, key opinion leaders and corporate partners.
9. Identify pipeline leakage, constraints and lead-quality issues early, supported by evidence.
10. Coordinate with marketing, operations and medical teams on lead quality, capacity and consultation flow.
11. Take responsibility beyond the defined role where business needs require.
12. Deliver against measures covering revenue, visit-to-sale conversion, lead connection, qualification, consultations booked, attendance, average order value, package conversion, reactivation revenue, upselling, retention and CRM discipline.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- 2-5 years of sales experience,



with a demonstrable record of carrying and achieving an individual revenue target.
- Experience selling considered, high-value services directly to individual clients, rather than only institutional or channel sales.
- Results-oriented and comfortable with target pressure and ambiguity.
- Excellent spoken English and fluent Hindi, with a polished, warm and persuasive manner.
- Consultative selling skills: sustain a discussion, address objections calmly and secure decisions without pressure.
- CRM proficiency, disciplined stage management, structured follow-up and pipeline reporting.
- Commercial judgement to identify stalled opportunities and act on them.
- Comfortable in an early-stage, growing business with structured, target-led weekly reporting.

PREFERRED BACKGROUND Experience in luxury services, premium wellness, aesthetics, hospitality, healthcare, diagnostics, fertility, health technology, luxury retail or high-net-worth advisory environments is welcome. Experience with high-net-worth clients or selling high-value packages and memberships is an advantage.

Working days: Monday to Saturday

Working hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Start date: Immediate

Compensation: Discussed at interview
