Role Description The Associate role at Primus Legal is a full-time, on-site position based in Indore. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, preparing case notes and opinions, and assisting in the management of client matters.

Associates will support senior lawyers in court hearings and client meetings, help in preparing case strategies, and ensure timely filing and compliance with procedural requirements. The role also involves maintaining accurate case records,



coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and contributing to knowledge development within the firm.

Qualifications

- Strong legal research and drafting abilities, with proficiency in preparing contracts, pleadings, and legal opinions.
- Sound understanding of core areas of Indian law (such as civil, corporate, commercial, and procedural laws) and ability to apply them to practical scenarios.
- Effective communication and client-handling skills, including clear written and verbal communication and professional correspondence.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and time-management skills with attention to detail and organizational discipline.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B) from a recognized institution; enrollment with the Bar Council of India preferred.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and maintain high ethical and qualified standards.
- Prior work experience in a law firm or chamber is an advantage.
