We need an Associate Acquisitions & Investments to support land and asset acquisitions, underwriting and transaction execution across commercial offices, hospitality, living and retail.

The ideal candidate will have 4–6 years of experience combining real-estate transactions, financial analysis and investment/acquisition exposure—ideally from real-estate investing, capital markets, investment banking, private equity, corporate development or land-acquisition roles.

Key requirements:

- Solid financial modelling, DCF, IRR, underwriting and valuation skills.
- Experience in real estate investment/capital markets, investment banking, PE, corporate development or land acquisition.
- Conduct market research, micro-market analysis, land pricing and competitor mapping.
- Support due diligence, title checks, technical/regulatory assessments.
- Work on JV/JD proposals, term sheets and investment memos.
