Description

As a Supply Planner Intern, you will be actively involved in the digital transformation of the supply chain as well as responsible for assisting in the optimization of our supply chain planning processes. This internship provides a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in supply planning, capacity planning, inventory management, and component procurement, while contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain operations. The individual must possess exceptional interpersonal and team building skills, including the ability to communicate with all levels of the organization and participate with multi-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities





- Analysis and resolution of the daily plan output for supply to demand mismatches
- Optimisation of the Material and Capacity Planning processes
- Supporting inventory management tasks
- Collaboration with various departments to optimize supply chain functions
- Participation in process improvement projects and initiatives
- Contribute to maintaining accurate documentation and records Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills with the ability to work with multiple organizations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Great teammate, highly motivated, ambitious, and a quick learner
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop current skills in supply chain management
- Proficiency in using tools like MS Excel, VBA, SQL, Python and Tableau
