Role Summary:

As the Zonal L&D; Leader, he/she will lead the North Zone L&D; function, partnering with business leaders, HR teams, and key stakeholders to identify capability gaps, design and implement impactful learning solutions, and drive measurable business outcomes.

The role requires a strategic learning leader with solid business acumen, a technology-driven mindset, and a proven ability to demonstrate the ROI and business impact of learning initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with North Zone leadership, HR, and business stakeholders to identify learning needs and build capability development strategies.
- Liaise closely with Zone Leaders and business stakeholders to drive capability-building initiatives aligned with business priorities.
- Understand business challenges and translate them into targeted learning interventions that drive performance improvement.
- Design, deploy, and evaluate leadership, behavioural, functional, and future-skills learning programs.
- Drive thought leadership in learning design, organizational capability building, and employee development.
- Measure training effectiveness and demonstrate business impact through analytics, ROI, and performance metrics.
- Present learning insights, dashboards, and impact analysis to senior stakeholders.



• Develop frameworks to assess learning effectiveness and ensure learning initiatives deliver tangible business outcomes.
- Lead and mentor a team of L&D; professionals, ensuring high-quality program delivery and execution.
- Develop and implement innovative learning solutions leveraging technology and digital learning platforms.
- Drive learning initiatives focused on emerging technologies, AI, automation, and future-ready workforce capabilities.

Qualifications

- Experience leading an L&D; function, geography, business unit, or large-scale capability-building initiatives.
- Experience driving organization-wide learning initiatives and capability-building programs.
- Demonstrated experience in measuring learning effectiveness, business impact, and ROI.
- Strong understanding of business operations with the ability to diagnose business problems and design learning-led solutions.
- Proven ability to use data and analytics to evaluate learning outcomes and influence decision making.
- Good understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, RPA, Automation, and Digital Transformation.
- Exposure to technology-enabled learning solutions and digital learning platforms is preferred.
- Relevant Learning & Development certifications preferred.
- Experience within BPO/BPM/ITES organizations preferred.
