Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end revenue cycle management (RCM) process for durable medical equipment (DME), ensuring timely billing and collections.

- Drive resolution of aged receivables, denied claims, underpayments, and payer escalations.

- Lead end-to-end AR operations across Physician and DME Billing functions.

- Develop and execute strategies to improve collections, reduce aging, and enhance overall revenue realization

- Oversee Physician and DME AR portfolios across multiple specialties and payer groups.

- Drive resolution of aged receivables, denied claims, underpayments, and payer escalations.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 12-18 years of experience in US Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management. •

- Minimum 810 years of experience in Accounts Receivable Management. •

- Robust experience managing both Physician Billing AR and DME Billing AR Operations. •

- Proven experience handling large AR portfolios and complex payer environments. •

- Minimum 5+ years of leadership experience managing Managers and Team Leads. •

- Experience managing operational teams of 500+ FTEs.
