Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage breakdown maintenance activities for HVAC, chiller, and utility systems to ensure minimal downtime.
- Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repair and replacement of equipment to maintain optimal performance.
- Conduct regular inspections of facilities to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce overall facility costs.
Job Requirements :
- 2-14 years of experience in facility management or related field (maintenance engineering).
- Solid knowledge of HVAC, chiller, and utility maintenance principles.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.
