Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee floor management, including visual merchandising, inventory control, and shrinkage reduction strategies.

- Manage daily store operations, ensuring efficient use of resources and optimal customer satisfaction.

- Develop and implement effective team handling techniques to motivate staff and improve overall performance.

- Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, making recommendations for process improvements.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 4-9 years of experience in retail store operations or a related field (luxury retail preferred).

- Robust understanding of KPIs such as Shrinkage Control, Inventory Management, QSR principles.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.

- Proven track record in controlling costs while maintaining high levels of customer service.
