CTC: 3.7 LPA to 5.5 LPA, depending on interview and experience

Locations: Gwalior, Guna, Bhopal, Hoshangabad, Vidisha, Singrauli, Rewa, Raigarh, Ambikapur, Bilaspur, Naila Janjgir-Champa, Bhilai

:

- Recruit and develop a team of Financial Advisors/Insurance Consultants.
- Train, motivate, and support advisors to achieve business targets.
- Drive life insurance sales through the Agency Channel.
- Generate leads and support advisors in customer acquisition.
- Ensure achievement of monthly and annual sales targets.
- Maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
- Monitor advisor productivity and policy persistency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Eligibility:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Experience in Sales / Life Insurance / BFSI / Agency Channel preferred.
- Robust communication and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with field sales.
