Salary: ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, based on qualification and experience

Responsibilities

- Teach B.Sc. Nursing and GNM students in Medical Surgical Nursing.
- Conduct classroom lectures, tutorials, practical demonstrations and clinical teaching.
- Supervise students during clinical postings and hospital training.
- Guide assignments, case studies, seminars, projects and research work.
- Participate in curriculum planning and departmental academic activities.
- Maintain academic records and support compliance with applicable Nursing Council guidelines.




- Mentor students and support institutional quality initiatives.

Qualifications and experience

- M.Sc. Nursing in Medical Surgical Nursing from a recognized institution.
- Registration with the relevant Nursing Council.
- 3–5 years of teaching or relevant clinical experience.
- Valuable communication, clinical, research and mentoring skills.
