- Partner with business and functional leaders to understand hiring requirements, role specifications and talent needs.
- Source and identify relevant candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, qualified networks, referrals and other channels.
Preferred candidate profile
- 8+ years of relevant Talent Acquisition / Recruitment experience.
- experience in manufacturing hiring.
