3. Accountabilities

Main activities:

1. Ensure Department compliance with safety laws and regulations require implementation of Utility supervisor SCL Inventory, monitoring of critical safety and key security tasks; follow the Department's various security issues, develop and track the results of the programme of action, and continuous improvement;
2. Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, compliance with the by-product wastewater management, waste management and environmental control measures and participation in environmental communication, follow the Department's environmental problems, develop and track the results of the programme of action, and continuous improvement;
3. Tracking implementation of nonconforming items in food safety audits, eliminate the quality event to occur;
4. Execution Utility supervisor SCL list participating departments monthly 5S check and use SCL and effective conference track 5S completion of rectification; monthly track factory management principles ensure that departments work in accordance with factory management principles implementation; the leading Utility MCRS , according to 40-20-40principle of convening regional meetings effectively,



track and guide departmental goals through; on the major challenges of KPI recommend and participate in the ITF team ensuring KPI complete regional PDCA implementation Supports the continuous process improvement and root-cause analysis, guided 5 Why way to solve the problem, to ensure continuous improvement to form a new standard under review mandatory internal / external mandatory service level agreements results improved quality of service, enhance internal and external service level agreements, timely and effective provision of services and the support of other departments;
5. According to the company's People management policies to develop Utility Regional training programs, and check for tracking implementation of the plan; develop and implement a performance management process, ensure the process fair, fair, regular communication with staff.
6. Monitoring, reporting on energy trends and implementation of response activities;
7. According to the production and management objectives Utility Work plan and budget, sector Manager;
8. Cooperation with purchasing department timely procurement CO2 , Coal and so on;
9. Organize and coordinate action on energy consumption targets, to provide the user with accurate energy report;
10. Cooperate with other departments, government departments, social functions of communication;
11. By guiding staff proficiency and autonomous using VPO tools and methodologies to ensure the KPI indicators of control within budget; while continuing to challenge the new target, and continuously improve performance, common TS make InBev the best team of Budweiser.
12. Expedite the PSM audit of NH3 and Steam system and ensure the compliance more than 65% by end of year
13. Smooth operation of BTS complying to legal and Ab-inbev water standard quality
14. Operation & Maintenance of Boiler, FO Boiler, Refrigeration Plant, Air Compressor, Co2 Plant operations, Capex management system & SWIFT tool, VPO
15. Lead one of VPO pillar as per plant VPO PMO RACI.

4. Qualifications and Technical competencies required

Education

Diploma / Bachelor degree and above

Experience

1. Utility Team management 2 Years and above;
2.



Be familiar with Utility Media control standard and its application in production requirements.
3. Management trainee's experience, team management 1 Years or above;

Technical competencies (Job related) professional (work-related) 1 . Knowledge requirements:
1. Master VPO Management pillar describes the management control, process analysis, routine reporting systems (MCRS&PRP;) and the5S requirements management checklist, knowledge management, standards development and implementation, service level agreements, etc;
2. Master ABI corporate culture,VPO human pillars of knowledge modules, such as post job descriptions, and job responsibilities related to RACI table, performance management (including goal setting and issue, performance assessment criteria), skills, products, Matrix training, leadership development, compensation and benefits policies, awards recognition, work environment, internal and external recruitment processes;
3. Master the VPO quality pillar hydro InBev food safety policy, HACCP(hazard analysis critical control point) integrity, product quality, quality control and reporting systems;
4. Master VPO ES support a variety of security monitoring, injury prevention, safety alerts, safe work procedures (including but not limited to, work permit, Loto, , safety, workplace safety, contractor safety), departmental security risk identification, chemical regulations, by-products and waste management regulations;
5. Master VPO logistics support inventory control
6. Master the VPO maintenance standards, maintain the pillars of autonomous maintenance Utility
