Executive Online Collection (Payment Gateway Reconciliation) CMS Reconciliation

- Perform daily reconciliation of online transactions received through multiple payment gateways (e.g., Razorpay, PayU, Paytm, CCAvenue, etc.).
- Match payment receipts, gateway payment confirmations, and bank credits to ensure all receipts are correctly recorded.
- Identify, investigate, and resolve transaction mismatches, chargebacks, refunds, and failed transactions
- Maintain a detailed reconciliation tracker and report unresolved discrepancies to the Reporting Manager.
- Coordinate with payment gateway partners and banks for settlement issues.
- Reconcile CMS bank credits with internal collection reports and customer records.
- Verify deposit slips, bank statements, and CMS transaction reports for accuracy
- Prepare weekly and monthly MIS reports
