Role & responsibilities
- Experience of Design and development of System Tubing/sheet metal and plastic parts of Split Ac.
- Knowledge of Sheet metal and plastic material selection
- Knowledge of Design review ,DFM,DFA and Mould flow analysis.
- Knowledge of Recent Product development process of SAC.
- Experience of 3D/2D design readiness as per NPD schedule.
- Exposure of VAVE/Product quality improvement related to Sheet Metal and Plastic parts.
- Knowlege of performance and reliability testing related to SAC.
- Knowledge of tooling and related machines required for sheet metal and plastic parts prodcution.
- Knowledge of costing of Sheet metal and plastic parts.
- Competitor Product benchmarking.
- Co-ordination with cross functional deptt.
