Role & responsibilities

- Plan and execute daily production activities as per the production plan.

- Ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly production targets.

- Manage backend manufacturing operations including:

- Through-Hole (THT) Soldering

- Wave / Selective Soldering

- Mechanical Assembly

- Product Testing

- Final Assembly

- Monitor production lines and ensure smooth production flow.

- Ensure products are manufactured as per defined quality standards and work instructions.

- Monitor manpower deployment and optimize manpower utilization.

- Monitor machine utilization, line efficiency, downtime, and productivity.

- Identify production bottlenecks and take corrective actions.

- Coordinate with Quality, Engineering, Planning, Stores, Purchase, Testing, and Supply Chain teams.

- Ensure compliance with ESD, 5S, safety, and quality requirements.

- Implement and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.

- Monitor production KPIs such as productivity, yield, rejection, downtime, OEE, and on-time delivery.

- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen,



5S, and continuous improvement activities.

- Support cost reduction and waste reduction initiatives.

- Conduct root cause analysis for production-related issues and implement corrective actions.

- Support PFMEA, Control Plan, Process Validation, CAPA, and RCA activities.

- Ensure proper documentation of production records and process parameters.

- Support internal, customer, and process audits.

- Ensure compliance with applicable IPC standards and electronic manufacturing practices.

- Train and develop production operators and technicians.

- Maintain discipline, safety, productivity, and quality within the production area.

- Escalate major production and quality issues to the Production Manager / Senior Management.

Preferred candidate profile

- Good understanding of IPC-A-610 and IPC J-STD-001.

- Knowledge of electronics manufacturing and PCBA processes.
