We are expanding our Outreach & Institutional Partnerships team and are looking for professionals who can build strong institutional relationships and contribute to student recruitment and enrolment growth.

Role Overview The role will support the execution of outreach and institutional engagement initiatives by building relationships with schools, colleges, principals, counsellors, coordinators, and other education stakeholders . The position will contribute to enrolment growth through on-ground outreach, institutional network development, lead generation, and coordination with Admissions, Marketing, Counselling, and Academic teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and manage relationships with schools, colleges, counsellors, principals, and other institutional stakeholders.
- Conduct school/college visits, presentations, workshops, fairs,



open houses, and information sessions .
- Identify and develop recent feeder institutions and institutional partnership opportunities.
- Generate, track, and manage leads through outreach activities and support the application-to-enrolment funnel.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of outreach initiatives.
- Maintain CRM records, outreach reports, leads, conversions, and institution-wise performance.
- Track market trends and share on-ground insights to improve outreach effectiveness.
- Represent Daskalos and its university partners professionally while maintaining brand, compliance, and ethical standards.

Candidate Profile
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree/MBA preferred.
- Relevant experience in student recruitment, admissions, education sales, outreach, counselling, or institutional partnerships .
- Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with field travel, institutional visits, events, and target-driven environments .
- Strong execution, ownership, follow-through, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
- Basic proficiency in CRM, reporting, and data tracking .
- Prior experience with schools, colleges, counsellors, or institutional networks is preferred.
- Local market knowledge/network will be an advantage.
