- Warehouse Management: Oversee end-to-end warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound, storage, inventory, picking, packing, dispatch, and returns.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage the warehouse team to ensure high productivity, discipline, and strict adherence to SOPs.
- Inventory Control: Direct large-scale inventory management with a focus on accuracy, shrinkage control, and overall operational efficiency.
- Performance & SLAs: Ensure timely order processing and dispatch while consistently meeting defined TAT, and optimizing costs.
- Process Improvement: Maintain quality standards, identify operational gaps, and conduct root-cause analysis to drive continuous improvement.
- Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate effectively with supply chain, procurement, transportation, and business teams.
- KPI Tracking: Monitor key metrics, including inventory accuracy, team productivity, order fulfillment rates, and dispatch TAT.
- Expertise in e-commerce and Warehouse Management Systems.
- Robust written and verbal English communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Experience in footwear and apparel operations only.
