- Implementation of new line as per process plan.
- RFQ Preparation for Assembly Fixture, Gauge.
- Fixture, Tool & gauge procurement and installation and ommissioning as per requirement.
- Preparation & updating of SOP, PFD, PFMEA & PPAP Documentation.
- Manpower planning.
- Time study.
- PFMEA Review plan Vs actual plan record.
- Fixture preventive maintenance plan & Checklist record.
- Trolley preventive maintenance plan & Checklist record.
- Preparation of Packaging proposal for recent project.
- Preparation & Updating of FTG
- Carrying out evaluation of stages of Production line. And suggesting possible changes which reduce cycle time without affecting quality.
- Must Be aware about 5S, Kaizen, VAVE.
- Knowledge about process improvement tools.
- Involve in new Product launch in assembly line.
