· Planning and Scheduling:

Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance schedules for all plant equipment, including preventive maintenance tasks, based on manufacturer recommendations and usage patterns.

· Equipment Inspection and Diagnosis:

Conducting regular inspections of machinery to identify potential issues, diagnose faults, and initiate timely repairs to prevent breakdowns and major disruptions.

· Repair and Maintenance Management:

Overseeing all repair activities, including assigning tasks to maintenance technicians, coordinating with external contractors, and ensuring timely completion of repairs.

· Budget Management:

Monitoring and controlling the maintenance budget, including tracking expenses for parts, labor, and outside services.

· Inventory Control:

Maintaining proper inventory levels of spare parts and consumables required for maintenance operations, placing orders as needed.

· Safety Compliance:

Ensuring all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and adherence to safety procedures.

· Team Leadership:





Supervising and motivating a team of maintenance technicians, assigning tasks, and providing necessary training to maintain competency levels.

· Performance Monitoring:

Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to maintenance such as equipment uptime, mean time to repair (MTTR), and maintenance costs to identify areas for improvement.

· Reporting and Documentation:

Maintaining detailed maintenance records, including work orders, repair logs, and inspection reports, to provide data for analysis and decision-making.

· Communication and Collaboration:

Maintaining open communication with production teams, operations managers, and other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and address potential issues promptly.

· Continuous Improvement:

Identifying opportunities to optimize maintenance practices, implement current technologies, and improve overall plant reliability.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
