Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager – IT Audit & Compliance with 8–10 years of experience in the IT domain, including 1–2 years of hands-on exposure to IT Audit, Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC).

The candidate will be responsible for supporting IT governance, risk management, compliance, audit activities, and ensuring adherence to internal policies and applicable regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and coordinate IT audit and compliance activities, including internal and external audits.
- Support IT Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) initiatives and maintain relevant documentation.
- Identify and assess IT risks, control gaps, and compliance issues, and support remediation.
- Coordinate with IT and business teams for audit evidence, observations, action plans, and closure of audit findings.
- Develop and maintain IT policies, procedures, controls, and compliance documentation.
- Monitor adherence to IT security and governance policies.
- Support risk assessments,



control testing, and periodic compliance reviews.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and management updates related to IT risks, audits, and compliance.
- Stay updated on relevant IT compliance standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Candidate Profile

- 8–10 years of overall experience in the IT domain.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience/exposure in IT Audit & Compliance / GRC.
- Positive understanding of IT controls, risk management, audit processes, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and drive closure of audit observations.
- Candidates with experience in IT governance, information security, risk management, or compliance will be preferred.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in IT Audit, Risk, Compliance, or Information Security will be an added advantage.
