We are seeking an experienced HR professional with expertise in HR Generalist and HR Business Partnering functions to support business growth and lead day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment.
- Partner with business leaders on HR initiatives.
- Handle onboarding, confirmations, and exits.
- Manage employee relations and engagement.
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, and leave.
- Ensure statutory and policy compliance.
- Drive performance management.
- Maintain HRMS and MIS reports.
- Lead and mentor the HR team.
- Improve HR processes continuously.
