We are looking for an

Assistant Manager – Finance to support financial reporting, accounting, compliance, budgeting, cash flow, and working capital management

. The role will involve coordinating with internal teams, auditors, banks, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare MIS and financial reports and support management reporting.

- Handle accounting, reconciliations, receivables, payables, and working capital.

- Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.

- Manage GST, TDS, and other tax compliance activities.

- Coordinate with auditors and banks for financial requirements.

- Support FEMA and corporate compliance activities.

- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reporting.

Key Requirements

- 2–3 years of experience in Finance/Accounts.

- CA Inter qualification.

- Strong knowledge of accounting, MIS, reconciliations, GST, TDS, and taxation.

- Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and working capital management.

- Valuable exposure to audit, banking, FEMA, and corporate compliance.

- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/ERP systems.
