– Assistant Manager – Engineering

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and supervise day-to-day engineering and site execution activities for the commercial project.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, architects, and internal teams for smooth project execution.

- Monitor quality, progress, manpower, and material requirements as per project timelines.
- Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, and ensure execution as per approved standards.

- Identify and resolve site-level technical issues and ensure timely closure of snags.
- Coordinate with MEP and other project teams to ensure effective integration of works.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and project specifications.

Qualification & Experience

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial/IT Park or large-scale projects.

- Robust knowledge of site execution, project coordination, quality control, and contractor management.
