About the Role

Apparel Group India is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager – E-commerce Operations to manage and optimize day-to-day e-commerce operations. The role will focus on order fulfilment, inventory management, marketplace coordination, operational performance, and customer experience across online channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete order lifecycle, including processing, fulfilment, shipping, returns, exchanges, and refunds.
- Coordinate with marketplaces, logistics partners, warehouses, customer service, and finance teams.
- Monitor operational KPIs and analyse order data to identify trends and improve efficiency.
- Ensure optimal inventory availability across online marketplaces.
- Handle order escalations, delivery issues, return discrepancies, and customer concerns within defined SLAs.
- Implement and maintain SOPs in line with internal processes and marketplace guidelines.
- Drive continuous process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.




- Prepare operational reports and performance dashboards using Excel and other reporting tools.

Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in e-commerce operations, order fulfilment, marketplace operations, or retail operations.
- Experience in inventory management and process optimization will be an advantage.
- Experience with e-commerce platforms or marketplace seller portals is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis, and reporting.
- Solid stakeholder management, communication, and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
