- Responsible for MEP quantity take-off, costing, and budgeting for residential and commercial projects.

- Prepare concept, schematic, design-stage budgets, CTCs, and pre-tender estimates based on drawings and specifications.

- Prepare and review BOQs by deriving quantities from drawings.

- Manage tendering, quotation evaluation, rate analysis, and comparison statements.

- Analyze contractor quotations and provide technical and commercial justifications.

- Coordinate with clients, contractors, architects, consultants, and vendors on BOQs, drawings, specifications, and cost-related matters.

- Support value engineering and cost optimization while considering quality, engineering requirements, and material availability.

- Handle post-contract activities, including JMRs, COPs, variations, reconciliations, and cost recommendations.

- Monitor project costs and provide cost control and commercial inputs to ensure projects remain within budget.
