Roles and Responsibility

- Manage and negotiate client contracts to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate risks associated with contract negotiations.
- Analyze and interpret complex contractual data to inform business decisions.
- Ensure timely execution of contractual obligations by monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
