AGM - Operation Excellence Role Lead - Operation Excellence Job Level/ Designation M2/ AGM- Operation Excellence Function / Department SNOC/ Operation Excellence Location Pune Job Purpose Drive network operational excellence by leveraging automation, digital platforms, dashboards, and process optimization to improve efficiency, visibility, and business outcomes. Champion the Five A Principles - Analytics, Accuracy, Approach, Action, and Adaptability by transforming operational challenges into scalable digital solutions and actionable insights, enabling measurable improvements in operational performance, productivity, and service delivery.

Key Result

Areas/Accountabilities Champion Network Operational Excellence through automation, digital transformation, and continuous process innovation to deliver measurable business outcomes. Lead the design and delivery of enterprise-scale digital solutions , including portals, dashboards, and applications, from concept to value realization. Convert operational challenges into scalable, data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency, visibility, decision-making, and performance.

Own the requirements governance framework , including FRS definition, stakeholder alignment, approvals, and solution adoption. Partner with SNOC, Circle Operations, and cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive operational improvements.



Drive data-led decision making by developing actionable insights, KPI frameworks, and performance management dashboards.

Solve complex operational problems through root cause analysis, process redesign, and sustainable corrective actions. Institutionalize the Five A Principles (Analytics, Accuracy, Approach, Action & Adaptability) to foster a culture of operational excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement. Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience Strong understanding of network operations and operational excellence practices.

Experience in automation, dashboard development, and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-friendly solutions.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities. Effective communication, documentation, and project management skills. Must have technical / qualified qualifications Minimum Education Qualification B.E./B.Tech — Electronics, Telecommunications Years of working experience Minimum 7-10 years total with at least 6-8 years in network operations analytics, NOC/SNOC KPI management, or operational platform design in a telecom organization.
