Job Summary

We are looking for an Assistant Business Analyst – Sales MIS to support the Sales team through dataanalysis, MIS reporting, sales performance monitoring, market visits, and coordination with differentdepartments. The role will involve working closely with the sales team and management to identifyperformance gaps, understand field-level issues, and provide data-driven insights for business improvement.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Collect, consolidate, and analyze sales and business data.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and trackers.
- Analyze target vs. achievement, growth trends, performance gaps, and variances.
- Maintain sales performance data for teams, distributors, territories, and products.
- Prepare reports related to sales, orders, stock, collections, and other key business parameters.
- Monitor sales team performance, field activities, targets, and overall progress.
- Conduct and participate in sales team meetings to review performance, targets, and challenges.
- Visit the market approximately 10–15 days per month to understand sales activities and field-levelperformance.
- Identify issues and challenges faced by the sales team and discuss them with the concerned teammembers.
- Highlight significant sales team issues and discuss/escalate them with management for appropriate action.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, gaps, recurring issues,



and areas for improvement.
- Prepare comparative and variance analysis against targets, previous periods, and business plans.
- Monitor pending orders, stock availability, and sales trends through regular reports.
- Verify data accuracy and identify discrepancies or gaps in sales/business data.
- Develop and maintain
- Excel trackers, dashboards, databases, and analytical reports.
- Assist in preparing monthly business review reports, presentations, and performance analysis.
- Analyze sales schemes, price revisions, promotions, and other business initiatives.
- Maintain proper records of MIS reports, dashboards, databases, and analysis documents.
- Provide analytical inputs and business insights to the Sales Coordinator and management.
- Perform other MIS, analytical, reporting, and business-related tasks as assigned by the reportingmanager.

Required Skills:-

- Hands-on experience in MIS, Data Analysis, Business Analysis, or Sales Reporting.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
- Good analytical and numerical ability.
- Ability to analyze sales data and identify trends, gaps, and performance issues.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Qualification:-

- B.Com / BBA / Any Graduate.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
